With over 30 years experience, Dr. Rana oversees all medical treatment at Piedmont Medical. He is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner and performs all IMEs in our office. He is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine (ABPM, ABOEM) and Emergency Medicine (AAPS). Highly experienced in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and acts as a Medical Review Officer. His dedication to the Medical Profession has benefited many hospitals in the Greenville community and we are privileged to have him as our Attending MD.
Andrew is a graduate of Clemson University’s Master’s Program. He is a certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. With over seven years of experience in nursing, he has spent the majority of the time focused on patients with complex orthopedic issues. Go Tigers!
Caroline is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, certified in Family Medicine and has over 25 years experience in healthcare. She holds an additional Masters in Food Service and is also a Registered Dietician. She is certified in Aesthetics Medicine.
Alex is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) committed to helping patients feel their best. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Maryville University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), and her undergraduate degree from Kansas University. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she began her career as a Labor and Delivery (L&D) nurse in Kansas City before moving to Greenville in 2016, where she resides with her husband and two boys. With medical experience in L&D, the Operating Room, OBGYN, functional medicine, and aesthetics, Alex brings a comprehensive skill set to her practice. In her free time, she enjoys supporting Chiefs football and KU basketball. Her passion lies in delivering personalized, compassionate care to enhance the health and confidence of every patient she serves.

Dr. St. John has been treating patients successfully for over 48 years. She attended both Sherman Chiropractic as well as Palmer college and received her degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She specializes in posture analysis and helping patients understand their treatment and how to best maintain their adjustments so they get better quickly. She enjoys her church and cooking.
Dr. Gilbert has been performing our Nerve Conduction Studies for over 15 years. He has vast experience in neurodiagnostic and vascular services. Jake has worked as a physical therapist for 8+ years throughout the country. He became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2020. He enjoys ongoing learning, traveling, trying new things and spending time in nature!
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a doctorate in Physical Therapy. He specializes in the McKenzie Technique treating the cervical & lumbar spine, work conditioning, & Functional Capacity Evaluations. In his personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, watching sports and working out. He is originally from Memphis Tennessee and moved to Greenville 8 years ago.
Angela graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2017 and has spent the past 7 years broadening her knowledge base and sharpening her skills as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the outpatient setting. Her compassion and dedication to helping patients is her top priority. If she had one piece of advice for her patients it would be to keep moving because that is the key to a healthy life.
